This programme offers you maximum flexibility and choice to suit your circumstances. Your support programme is available for 6 months and includes:

• 121 coaching with an executive coach. Your coaching support needs will be initially discussed on a diagnostic call where we will have a focused, one-to-one conversation designed to help us understand your unique career context, aspirations, and the kind of support that will be most valuable to you during your transition. Your executive coach will then reach out to continue to support you through the duration of your programme.

• Access to the executive portal Arc. Arc contains tailored guidance across all stages of career transition and leadership development. Expect interactive tools such as a CV checker and AI-powered interview simulator, practical resources including templates, frameworks, and action plans, plus strategic insights into branding, job campaigning, and onboarding.

• Access to Podcast-Style Learning with Assemble You.  Podcast-Style Learning offers flexible, accessible learning to support everyday productivity and professional growth. Executive Edge is part of Assemble You’s audio-first leadership training suite, designed specifically for busy professionals and senior leaders. The offering focuses on delivering high-impact, flexible learning experiences through short, podcast-style audio lessons and expert-led content. Also included are Microsoft Office Shorts - Think: getting Outlook Search working properly, cleaning data in Excel, increasing productivity in Teams, bossing Microsoft Word, and integrating Microsoft 365 apps so they work together.
