Career Resources, explainer videos, articles and tips keep you informed and up to date in today’s dynamic and ever-evolving job market
Market-leading and highly intelligent interactive tools include a CV builder, CV checker, Interview assessment tool, cover letter builder, and a networking tool to allow leavers to quickly build their business network
PROGRAMME career manager
At the beginning of your programme, you will be allocated a Programme Career Manager (PCM) from our experienced team of coaches. This service is telephone based and can also be accessed via Teams and Zoom. Your PCM will act as a guide and navigator and provide support throughout the duration of your programme.
This general support does not use any support options - it is provided on an unlimited basis to underpin all other services and help you to make maximum use of the wide range of services on offer.
Your Programme Career Manager is also available to deliver tailored 1:1 career coaching upon request during your programme. 1 hour of tailored PCM coaching support = 1 support option
When you have fully utilised your support options, your Programme Career Manager is able to provide additional coaching interventions where appropriate.
virtual workshops
We are delighted to offer you a range of newly formatted, interactive and fully immersive virtual workshops to support your career transition. Delivered by qualified facilitators with real world skills and extensive experience of virtual workshop delivery, each session aims to deliver real, practical learning.
Our suite of virtual workshops are delivered using HSBC’s preferred platform – Zoom.
The sessions have been designed to deliver a real ‘in the room’ experience with each topic incorporating high levels of interaction and participation to ensure maximum engagement. We want you to walk away with new and increased experience, skills and ability.
